Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bob and Amy are amazing to work with! Their engraving artistry is well done and I’ve had fun purchasing a couple pieces from them. I’m not the cook in the family but my husband and daughter are so I was able to combine their love of cooking with quotes from their favorite authors. You can tell the pizza pan is well used and the garlic roaster is a new gift for Christmas. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service goes above and beyond! I give them my highest recommendation!!
My granddaughter wanted her airpods engraved with her name on the case. I really wanted to have it done before her birthday and Bob and Amy were so accommodating and I was able to have them ready for her special day! The engraving was so professional! I would recommend this company to anyone who has an engraving project.

Had a “Rush” order on a last minute retirement gift and Silver Lining came through. I provided a knife with a few details and gave Bob artistic license to make it happen. He came through with flying colors. 10/10 would use their services again.

Amy and Bob were a pleasure to deal with. We wanted to come up with a gift to give out to our vendors as a Thank You / Christmas gift but weren't sure what. They were helpful with suggestions, sending proofs, altering artwork to fit our needs and super speedy. Their work is beautifully done, very professional and just plain ole, Amazing :) They kept me up to date on the progress through each step. We loved their work so much we had them do our Employee Christmas gifts as well! We definitely will be back for future gifts!
